Amazingly Well Kept! This hard to find model is a beautifully kept and absolutely loaded pilothouse with comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. Three complete staterooms offer tons of comfort and space: a midship master stateroom with a full walk around queen size berth and its own private head (with a separate bathtub), a roomy forward VIP stateroom with its own head (and separate shower) and a third room with over/under bunks (this room also has a REAL washer and dryer - it runs off of 240 volts). The salon has a nice sized L-shaped settee and breakfast bar which faces a nice and open galley. Unlike many other pilothouse models, this 52' has an open floor plan: there are no bulkheads or any other obstructions blocking the view from the salon and galley to the pilothouse. Finally, this immaculate vessel offers a large engine room with easy access - probably the best accommodation of all! VERY, VERY CLEAN and VERY low hours. | ||
