Welcome to Blue Water Horizons
Blue Water Horizons is an innovative new company, who realised the potential of Portland Harbour for Power boating.
Our first property was acquired in 1999 and offices and workshops were built to provide engineering facilities.
In 2000 we acquired the management contract for 180 moorings in the Fleet.
In October 2001 Blue Water Horizons was appointed as the UK distributor for Crownline boats which are a leading brand of American built boats from 18' - 36' and On 1st October 2002 the 5 acre boat yard known as Ferrybridge was acquired and extensive work has been done to clear the site and significantly improve the facilities.
During the early part of 2004 Blue Water Horizons were appointed as the Volvo Penta dealer for Weymouth and the surrounding area.
Blue Water Horizons are now able to offer Park and Launch facilities for up to 250 boats with fast access to the water via 2 large slipways.
In September of 2008 Blue Water Horizons took on the European distribution for Aqualum Flybridge cruisers from 35' to 55' and the UK distribution for Patagonia Yachts a very popular 44' trawler yacht.
In November of 2008 we opened our new branch at Cobbs Quay in Poole, adding another dealership to our extensive network through out the UK and Ireland, providing more services to our customers.
The engineering side of the business has dealerships for:

* Mercruiser
* Yamaha
* Mariner
* Mercury
* Volkswagen
We are able to provide new and used boat sales, service, warranty and engineering services within our purpose built facilities. We have now purchased a Wise Hoist and can take boats up to 40' and 12 tonnes out of the water and store in our secure yard for service, antifouling and major overhauls.
