I recently purchased a 52 ft sailing yacht with Mr. Graham as listing broker. The process has been a most pleasant experience, with Mr. Graham demonstrating absolute professionalism and sincere honesty during and after closing.
Not once during the procedure was anything misrepresented or biased in favor of either party, with Mr. Graham endlessly facilitating my quest for detailed information about the yacht in question.
His inventory appears to be limited to quality boats, and the "sales pitch" if you may call it that, consisted of making available to the involved parties honest information enabling an effective decision to purchase (or not). In hindsight, with several months of ownership resultant from the purchase, there have been no shocks - nothing has come to light that was not previously presented in a factual and thorough manner, and more significantly, no omissions have surfaced.
Mr. Graham has been the ideal broker with integrity I have rarely seen in any industry, never mind boat sales.

A note of thanks is in order for defining what you refer to as 'Full Service Brokerage'. It has well exceeded our expectations. It has been two months since Nancy & I purchased the 4788 Bayliner, and it clearly would not have happened, had you not been managing the transaction. Your prompt response to our requests for additional information and follow-up, and the integrity and honesty of the answers was outstanding. Coupled with your knowledge about boating, gave us the confidence to go forward with the transaction.
What I wasn't expecting was the continued level of professional service and commitment that you've provided us on an ongoing basis. Residing in California, and managing the details since the purchase of the boat would have been taxing, at the very least.
