Harald was born on the west coast of Norway, and spent a lot of time fishing with his dad off the coast. After serving in the Norwegian Coast Guard, Harald completed maritime studies to sail on large commercial ships as a deck-officer. About 15 years ago he was given an opportunity to move to Vancouver and Canada to work in a shore side position. During the last couple of years he has moved into the boating industry, and is now a BCYBA member.
Harald is most happy when on or close to the water, therefore his family have been enjoying cruising the local waters for many years on the different boats they have owned. He also enjoys spending good times with friends and family, while being active outside.
Harald is keen on helping other people enjoy and explore our beautiful coast, in a safe and sound manner.
