CHED GLADDING-Ched has been in the marine business for his entire working career. His experience includes twenty years as Marketing Director for Pearson Yachts in Rhode Island, two years as VP Sales for Cabo Rico Yachts in Ft. Lauderdale and twelve years as a yacht broker on Florida's West Coast. In that time he has sold hundreds of boats, both power and sail, and made lots of friends along the way.

CAPT. TERRY SCHOCH-Capt. Terry has sold boats as a full time licensed yacht broker for over 20 years in the local area, and has been either the listing or selling broker in over 500 boat sales.
Prior to that he owned a boat repair and maintenence company and managed a fleet of charter boats.

MIKE MASCARI-Mike hails from Memphis, Tennessee on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi River, where he boated most of his life. Home of the Blues, Elvis, and the best BBQ in the world. He moved to Fort Myers in July of 1986 and started selling boats in September 1986, spending his whole career in Lee County for a total of 26 years in the boat business. Mike knows the Southwest Florida area and the waterways and also knows the wants and needs of his clients. Mike’s motto is “Treat people as I would like to be treated with respect and sincerity.”
Mike maintains 35 to 40 central listings at all times, that is more than most brokerage firms. Totaling of just over $7 million dollars with sizes ranging from 25’ to 75’. He could not achieve this without his loyal cliental, repeat business, and a team of “Bird Dogs” for referrals.

DELMAR "BUDDY" FRANKS - Buddy is one of the few that is able to take a problem and make an out of the box type solution for that problem. Everyone close to him has always called him Buddy, but when he came to Bayside Yacht Sales in 2009 only Mike Mascari a long time friend knew him as such. He was born and rised in Lee County never to far from the water. With a name like Delmar, spanish for "of the sea" or french for "mariner," he has turly lived by that definition. In a few years that he has been with Bayside Yacht Sales, he has learned from some of the great Yacht Brokers, such as Mike Mascari and Robert Misztak, on how to sell a boat and what to look for when helping a buyer purchase a vessel. He is also able to handle Bayside's technological needs as a Sales Support & Coordinator. Also he is currently working on his Bachlor's Degree in Computer Information Systems at Florida Gulf Coast University.

CAPT. STEVE DAVISON - a native of Louisville, Kentucky, grew up boating on the Ohio River with his father and grandfather teaching him the ways of the river system. These childhood experiences instilled a love of boats and boating which has continued throughout his entire life.
