Heading South on the Garden State Parkway take Exit 25 for Ocean City/ Marmora and turn left onto Roosevelt Blvd heading toward Ocean City. Then follow the directions below.
Heading North on the Garden State Parkway also take Exit 25 but turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Then follow the directions below.
Follow Roosevelt Blvd for about a half a mile and you will see All Seasons Marina on the left. You will need to make a right turn, however, just before the bridge that goes into Ocean City, and follow the road around under the bridge to the entrance of the Marina.
