Is this a time-share?
No. In a time-share you own a right to use certain weeks. Omega Yacht Ownership is different, you own a 25% interest in an LLC whose only asset is the yacht. You will receive a significant portion of your initial acquisition payment when the boat is sold.

ABC is a charter company, is my boat going to be chartered?
No. ABC is managing all the details of boat ownership. After sixty years in the charter industry, ABC has extensive knowledge in managing yachts, this program is a natural extension of ABC’s yacht management services.
How much time do I get to use my boat? You will have an opportunity to use your Nordic Tug for a total of ten weeks. Our scheduling system allows for planned vacations and last minute use. Ask the average boat owner if he uses his boat that much!
Can I get a loan for my portion? The boat must be owned free and clear to protect the interests of each owner. Remember the Omega Yacht owners are receiving significant no-cost leverage from each other.
