The A1 management team consists of Olympic Gold medallist in Sailing George Zaimis, who is widely recognised for his contribution to the yachting profession. A respected and well loved member of the yachting community his input into A1 is invaluable as is his leadership of the rokerage department. A keen sailor he enjoys the occasional escape from the office to sail the islands when possible.

Andrea Polemis, himself a high level sportsman brings a love of the sea coupled with a gregarious personality and business acumen giving the Athens office form and strong leadership.

Makis Pavlatos took over the management of the Rhodes office in 1979 when the office was still in its infancy and guided it to its current standing. His seagoing experience, starting from early in his teens as a deckhand on the, arguably, most well known yacht of all time, Onassis' yacht "Christina"

Rosemary Pavlatou, an English woman by birth but a naturalised Greek national, she has spent most of her adult life in Greece gaining huge local knowledge, which she is happy to put at the disposal of charter clients and visiting captains alike, creating the perfect bridge between local culture and European or American clients.
